Fran has been an artist for 50 years, and 20 of those years were spent as an Art Instructor. She moved from Melbourne, FL to New Port Richey, in 2009.
Fran is involved with local art leagues, teaches oil painting at the Dunedin Fine Art Center, was a past Director of the Downtown New Port Richey Art Gallery, and is the Curator of the Gateway Gallery & Emporium Inc.
Fran still finds time to create art and paint.
